Once you have received all relevant information from The Stone Carpet Company for the products you require, the procedures for placing an order are as follows:
In order to initiate the process of having the system installed we require your acceptance of our offer, which you can do by signing a duplicate of the budget quotation and returning with your payment of 10% deposit. You will receive an email by return, which confirms receipt and confirms our commitment to start to carry out work on your behalf. However this does not obligate you to proceed with the works should you change your mind although your deposit may well be at risk.
With the acceptance of your order and deposit a representative from The Stone Carpet Company will view the area and undertake a pre-installation survey and assess access and any other issues. A formal quotation will then be issued and upon return of the signed duplicate and advanced payment of 75%, an installation date is then arranged.
Once the installation is completed we request the remaining payment of 15%. We will require your signature on a satisfaction note, failing which you are requested to contact your sales representative at The Stone Carpet Company if for any reason you are not completely satisfied. We then commit to contact you by the very latest the next working day to discuss and resolve any problems, which may have arisen.
Payment can be paid by credit, charge, debit card or cheque at the time of order. The price of any product is the price advised to you by estimate at the date and time of your order.

These works are guaranteed for 10 years and the guarantee will be sent to you following cleared receipt of your final payment.
